General Description

A brand new apartment in the heart of old Sitges. The apartment has been completely refurbished and all furniture and furnishing are brand new. This lovely ground floor apartment is in a quiet street just a short stroll from the beaches and the very centre of town. Newly tiled throughout, with down lighters in each room, completely air conditioned, a lovely terrace patio with plants and outside dining; it makes a lovely home from home. The apartment offers an excellent sized kitchen, all newly fitted, with fridge freezer, hob, oven etc. There is a dining table and chairs for 4. In the lounge area there are 2 sofas, a TV/DVD and CD. The lounge has large windows that open out onto the quiet street, with large blue shutters that close up at night for privacy. Extremely Spanish and very pretty. The bathroom is fully tiled in terracotta tiles and mosaic and offers a large modern bath, shower, WC, bidet, and sink set in a heavy marble surround. The two bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and each has separate double sliding French doors onto the lovely patio terrace which has table and chairs for outside dining. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes in a light beech finish. One bedroom has a good sized double, the other two good sized single beds that can easily push together. As the bedrooms are at the rear of the property then little noise can be heard from this very popular street. This excellent apartment is one of our favourite properties in the Outlet portfolio as it offers very high standards of accommodation, set in the centre of the village and just a stone's throw from popular restaurants and bars. The apartment is still quiet enough to offer real peace and tranquillity which combined with the closeness of the beaches and the lovely terrace make it highly desirable. This apartment can be booked for stays of less than 5 nights subject to agreement and a EUR50 surcharge. If you check in outside of office hours you will have to use our check in service for which there is a charge. This varies according to times and days but is generally 20 or 40 Euros
