General Description

This villa is unique for Sitges because of its location, 200 m from the beach, walking distance from the centre and its size. The villa has A/C, a private tennis court, a large private pool and a huge 3000 m2 garden (the pool and tennis court will be brand new for the 2012 season). This villa is in the most exclusive area of Sitges and has a value of around 4 million Euros. The area is very quiet but has easy access to the beach and seafront. There is plenty of space inside and outside for a group of 20 people.

The living area has comfortable seating for 14 and a fireplace. The dining area has seating for 20.

This exclusive villa is situated in the most prestigious area of Sitges, called Terramar. Many famous people live here and ít's very safe and quiet. The streets are wide and there is lots of green around. The villa is situated next to a public park where there is a football pitch for the children and a playground for the younger ones. For the adults we have the golf course at walking distance and the beach at 200m for everybody to enjoy. You can find restaurants also 200 m from the house. Or you can choose to have a drink or dinner in the centre and to get there you just have a romantic walk along on the boulevard next to sea. The villa has the biggest garden of all villas being offered in Sitges and is one of only 3 villas within 300m from the beach and close to a golf course. You also have easy access to Barcelona either by train or car. Within 35 min you are in the centre of Barcelona or 25 min to the convention centre.

Extra Services: The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for looking after you during your stay is also able to take care of the children at night when you go out for dinner or a drink. This service does have a cost of 12 Euros per hour. We can also provide scooters for you to rent. We have 125cc scooters which cost 200 Euro per week. Reserve when you book the villa. We also offer bicycles for 35 Euro per week. Please reserve in advance.

Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent chef who can cook for you sometimes or every night if you prefer. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email. The costs are 35 Euro per person including one bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price.

Breakfast service: 62 Euro/week/person
Free groceries delivery service if you spend over 40 Euros.
BBQ party service with music. Please ask for prices and availability.

We can also rent you one or two 8 person people movers for Euros 350 per week.(limited availability) including airport pick up and drop off. Please ask us for further details. Or we have a small car for rent as well for 35 euros per day.

Ski: The ski areas are about a 2 hour drive. In April its possible to go skiing in the morning and lay on the beach in the afternoon.

Golf: We have a very nice golf course next to the sea. The green fee is 75 Euro during the week. There is another club 20 min drive from the villa with a green fee of only Euros 40.
