This beautiful villa constructed in 2010 is situated in a privileged area of Sitges, called Quint Mar. An excellent sea view and a green zone in front of the villa guarantees you silence and relaxation throughout the day and night. Easy access to the centre of Sitges or just a 3 minute drive to the highway that takes you to Barcelona after 25 km. The beach and the beautiful harbour of Sitges are just a 4 min drive away.

This luxury villa consists of 4 bedrooms - one double, two twins and a large room with a double bed and 4 single beds seperated by a curtain. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath with sea views. There is a fifth bathroom with shower and toilet and there is a double sofabed in the lounge meaning the villas can sleep up to 12 people.

There is a very spacious living/dining area with enough seating for 10 comfortably. There is a working fireplace here for the chillier nights. A balcony leads off this room with sun loungers and incredible sea views.

There is a games room downstairs which has a pool table and table tennis table.

Outside there is private off-street parking, 150m sq terrace, barbecue and private pool.

Included in the price of the villa is a daily maid service. She will discreetly make the beds and clean every day. She can also babysit at a cost of Euros 12 per hour. Breakfast can also be provided for Euros 6 per person. (Obviously this service is not obligatory please let us know if you do not require it - the price of the villa remains the same).

Other services which can be provided are scooter and bike rental and personal chef.
