If you want location, location, location, this house has it! Located on the central Passeig de Vilanova, it is just a short walk down Avenida Sofia to the beach.

The villa is in effect a three storey house with a lovely private pool in the garden, BBQ, terrace and lounging area.

Traditionally decorated, this house has Spanish charm. You have a very real sense of Sitges. Not far from the beach, with a lovely pool and bags of room, its a characterful holiday home.

Spread over three floors, the villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and two fold away single beds.
The ground floor has one double bedroom, a complete bathroom, washing/laundry room, small lounge area and exit out to the pool.

The second floor, has a large open plan lounge, with large double doors overlooking the pool, kitchen and dining area and the other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the top floor.

The lounge area is air-conditioned with fans in all other rooms, there is a lovely chimney and fireplace, dishwasher, microwave etc; all in all everything you need for a great holiday.

Be aware! This villa is in a residential area and you will have neighbours who will be getting up for work. The owner has expressly requested no noisy parties!

IMPORTANT: We do not hold live availability for this Villa. While your dates may be available, please do NOT book any flights until we have confirmed your booking via email and have charged the deposit. This can take up to 24 hours.

Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.

This apartment cannot be booked for stays of less than 5 nights. If you check in outside of office hours there is a meet and greet fee. This is usually between 20 and 40 euros. There is a security deposit of 300 Euros payable on check-in and returned on departure assuming that there is no damage. There is a cleaning charge of €125 also payable on check in.
