General Description

Beautiful house with great sea views set at the top of the hill and overlooking the lovely town of Sitges and the surrounding area. The street level has parking for 2 cars in a secure location and 2 more on the street. A spiral staircase and an elevator lead up to the pool level and a few more steps to the front door. On the left is the large living room with a surround terrace and access to the pool and garden. A few steps lead up to the big fully equipped kitchen with sliding doors to the garden and also access to the utility room, 5th bedroom and guest bathroom. The next level is the mezzanine with the master bedroom and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Then you have the second living room and 3 more double bedrooms and then up to the private and secluded roof terrace with the best views in Sitges. There is plenty of outside space around the pool and the garden and the house is very secure with high fencing, alarm system and security bolts on all the lower level windows.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite, built in wardrobes and private terrace. Bedroom 2 with double bed, en-suite and built in wardrobes.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 with double beds and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 5 with bunk beds, en-suite and built in wardrobes.
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with jacuzzi bath, shower, wc and bidet. En-suite to bedroom 2 with bath/shower, wc and bidet. Bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4 with shower and wc. En-suite for bedroom 5 with shower and wc. Separate guest wc.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, table and chairs.
Utility Room: Big utility room with washing machine, hot water and central heating boilers and washing sink.
Living Rooms: Large living room with 3 piece suite, dining table and 8 chairs. There is TV with satellite receiver for UK freesat or sky. Other satellites can be arranged. DVD player and internet and a wrap around terrace with access to the pool.
Other: There is separate living room on the 1st floor for relaxing and with sofa, satellite TV and DVD.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All towels and bedlinen are included and will be changed on a weekly basis. The villa will also be cleaned once a week. Additional towels and linen can be arranged and a cleaner can be sent midweek if required.

To the front of the house there is the private pool which measures approximately 8m x 4m. It is surrounded by teak decking and has ample space for sunbathing and relaxing. To the left are a few steps up to the side garden with a pagoda for shade and table and chairs for dining outside either using the BBQ or the kitchen which opens onto the garden. There is another separate garden at the back which is totally private.
There are mature plants and trees all around the house and parking for up to 4 cars. An elevator takes you from the ground floor to the pool level and there are just a few steps to the front door. The back gate leads out onto the Garraf park which is a protected zone.
