General Description

This luxury house in the quiet, residential Valpineda area of Sitges provides a real refuge from the hustle and bustle of summer in Sitges. Just a short car or taxi ride away from the beaches and town centre (there is also public transport during the day) you enter a different world of peace and quiet.

The front door leads into a huge split level living and dining area with a wall of windows looking out to the Mediterranean to the front and the vineyards and hills to the side. The lounge has two large comfortable sofas and the dining area table and chairs for 6.

The large front terrace is perfect for sundowner cocktails with amazing views of the beautiful Sitges sunsets. At the side of the house is the pool with sunbathing terraces and another side terrace with table and chairs for outside dining and sun loungers. There is a small lawned area just outside the kitchen ideal for breakfasting. So a terrace for every meal!

The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering holiday including a dishwasher so you can relax and enjoy the tranquility after your meals.

Next to the kitchen is a WC/shower room for when you come out of the pool and then a staircase leads up to a double room and a twin room which share a full bathroom. Both these rooms have juliet balconies overlooking the pool. Another staircase leads up to the master bedroom which has its own sun terrace and another shower room. There are large built in wardrobes in all the bedrooms.

This house is highly recommended for those who want to get away from it all and spend a relaxing holiday in their home away from home. You also have all that Sitges has to offer in terms of beaches and nightlife a short taxi ride away and the original Pasha nighclub within walking distance.

We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit but if you wish to pay your balance by card we will charge 3%.

For stays of longer than 3 weeks please contact us for prices. Check ins outside of office hours will be subject to a Meet and Greet fee of between 20 and 40 Euros depending on the time of arrival.
