Parrots Rooms are the perfect location for night and beach lovers!! The Hotel Parrots has just completed a major refurbishment program. All rooms are freshly decorated and the interior of the Hotel has a bar and lounge area. The rooms are ideally located in the heart of Sitges, just 1 minute to the main Gay beach. All the bars and restaurants are just on the doorstep. All rooms have ensuite bathroom.Balcony standard with singles but optional with doubles,(low €5,mid €7,high €8 per night). Each room has a double queen size bed/twin beds, with side table and bedside lamps.Some triple rooms available. Satellite TV, air conditioning and DVD, direct dial telephones and WiFi. The bathrooms are fully tiled, with a shower and bath combination. Great value accommodation, the bedrooms are furnished in a simple style. You will find nightlife, shopping facilities and good restaurants just around the corner. IMPORTANT - PRICES (ALL PRICES INCLUDE FREE ENTRANCE TO SAUNA). In August prices are as follows: Individual €99, Standard Double/twin €105 with balcony €119, Double Superior €129, Triple €135. Saturday nights in June - High Season prices apply minimum 2 day bookings. Room only basis from 19/2 -31/3 and 1/10 - 31/10. There are some Superior rooms available. Please enquire:Low season €80/mid €95/high €119. Please note: Prices EXCLUDE Hotel Tax of 7%. This is added to your bill. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING: Outlet Spain will charge you 10% deposit for your stay. Parrots Hotel will require your credit card details to hold the booking. In the event of a cancellation or no show cancellation charges will apply: All cancellations/amendments must be done in writing (fax, letter or e-mail) directly with the hotel. In the event of cancellation the following cancellation charges will apply and be charged to your credit card accordingly. If cancellation notification is received: Between 20 and 10 days prior to arrival date: 20% of total of stay. Less than 10 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total of stay. Less than 48 hours before to arrival date: Total of stay. Non-arrivals: Total of stay. IMPORTANT: We do not hold live availability for Hotels and, as the prices change weekly, we cannot guarantee the prices shown will be available. Please do NOT book any flights until we have confirmed your booking via email and have charged the deposit. This can take over 24 hours.

Some high season periods have minimum stays of 4 or 5 nights. The price per night includes Breakfast, but EXCLUDES 7% Hotel tax.
