General Description

Sleeps: 1 to 4 Size: 40 m Floor: 1 ( no lift) Beds: 1 double bedroom. 1 single bedroom, Sofa bed in lounge Parking: No Located right in the centre of the village, you are minutes from the beach and the busy, buzzing Dos de Mayo (better known as Sin Street!) The apartment has been completed refurbished. The decor is all white with polished dark wooden parquet floors. Modern furniture, minimalistic and simple the apartment is well decorated and with all the bedrooms at the back, it is still a quiet apartment despite being in the centre of Sitges. The apartment itself is light, bright and airy and exudes a sense of calm. The apartment is literally just a few moments stroll down to the beach, which is fantastic for all those beach lovers who want to get an early start! The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with all you need to dine at home. The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD and MP3 so you can bring along your favourite films and music. The apartment has two good sized bedrooms, one double and one single. There is also a sofa bed but we are limiting the occupancy to just 4 persons. The apartment block also has a fantastic communal roof terrace for use of the 6 apartments. There are sun loungers and tables and chairs and there is lots of sunshine throughout the day. Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.
