Your perfect location in Sitges. This lovely Spanish style house, is just off of the main Vilanova road, in a quiet cul de sac. Just a couple of minutes stroll into the town, or to the beach, it is a large house on one level with lots of outside space which offers great value in Sitges.

A real favourite, Ya Ya is simply furnished, but has all the modern facilities for a comfortable stay in Sitges. There are two large double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom off the living area with bath, shower, WC and bidet. There is a large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and from the lounge you lead through into a very large walled terrace with a mature yukka tree, plants and outside table and chairs, in a lovely sunny space, with an electric awning for shade. The is a WC/shower room off this terrace.

The lounge/dining area and one of the double bedrooms have air conditioning.

Stairs lead from this terrace up to the superb sunny roof terrace with sun beds, which occupies the same space as the downstairs accommodation. Perfect for a kid´s play area or sunbathing. There is also an electric awning on this terrace for shade.

Ideal for a group of friends, looking for good value accommodation, or a family with children, this is a superb large hideaway in busy Sitges. Very relaxing, and very tranquil.
