On the top floor, this attic conversion apartment has a large terrace with lovely Sea views over Sitges, air conditioning, very large bedroom, lounge,kitchen/diner and separate bathroom. Located just the other side of the railway station, the apartment is just 2 to 3 minutes walk into the centre and about 8 down to the fantstic, newly refurbished San Sebastian beach. Very close to local shops, the apartment is great value for sun worshippers. The terrace is very large and has awnings for shade, sun loungers, and receives the sun ALL day! Fantastic value and a super alternative to a hotel, the apartment also has TV, DVD, CD player; small kitchenette with microwave, grill, small hob, fridge freezer, iron; full bathroom, with bath, WC, shower, washbasin etc. Please note, as this apartment is close to the train station, you will be able to hear some train noise. Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.
