This luxurious apartment is located right on the seafront overlooking the beach. It has incredible views of Santa Tecla church and the Mediterranean. From the balcony you can watch the world go by down below on the Paseo Maritimo, a beautiful palm tree-lined promenade where people stroll and rollerblade.

The centre of the village is a two minute walk away where you will find loads of great bars, a fantastic selection of restaurants, boutiques, etc. The train station is just 10 minutes away and trains run directly into Barcelona approximately every half hour.

Maritimo is a modern apartment.
There is a living-dining room with wooden floors and modern furniture. From this room and its balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the beach promenade with its huge palm trees, the church and the Mediterranean sea.
There is a double sofa bed in the living room.
