This stunning duplex apartment is located in the Marina of Aiguadolç in Sitges, right on the sea front. Modern and well designed, this stylish apartment has superb views to lift the soul.

Located just 1 minute to the beach of Aiguadolç , one of our favourite areas of Sitges, this super duplex has fabulous sea and mountain views. These apartments are purpose built "resort living" apartments with great terracing, virtually on the beach and ideal for those who want a true Mediterranean holiday.

The apartment is part of a community that offers a large garden, swimming pool and two full size tennis courts, all of which are available to guests free of charge.

The apartment is over two levels, the first floor has 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom,1 other double bedroom,1 single bedroom and family bathroom.

On the 2nd floor there is a spacious terrace with large awning,sea view and dining for 6 people.The small terrace at the rear of the 2nd floor has pool and mountain views. The lounge and the dining area are also on the 2nd floor of the apartment.

The kitchen is spacious and fully fitted with all mod cons including microwave and dishwasher, washer and dryer.

The lovely Marina is excellent for those of you who want water sports, seafood restaurants, pizzerias. There is a small shop within the complex. Sitges centre is some 20 minutes stroll away. A local taxi costs approximately 5 Euros each way.

Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.

This apartment is available for stays of less than 5 nights subject to agreement and a euro 50 surcharge. If you check in outside of office hours you will have to use our check in service for which there is a charge. This varies according to times and days but is generally 20 or 40 Euros
