General Description

Sleeps: 1 to 6 Size: 70m sq Floor: Third (no lift) Beds: 2 Twin rooms. A spacious apartment located in a quiet residential street. This apartment provides everything you need for a great escape. On the penthouse floor, in a quiet street, just a 5 minute stroll to the beach, it offers a great location, superb terracing and lots and lots of room. Your first impression when entering the apartment is the lovely view over pine trees to the sea. Three double doors along one wall of the lounge diner give you great views onto the balcony and over the trees. The lounge diner has a huge dining table, suitable for 8, 2 sofa beds, and leading off is a separate kitchen which is very well equipped with all modern appliances, including dishwasher, microwave etc. Tiled throughout, the apartment is cool and airy. Leading off the lounge diner are the bedrooms, bathrooms and another larger terrace with plants and sun loungers. There are 2 bathrooms, the first is a shower room with a small shower, WC and sink. This is next to the first large bedroom which has twin beds, built in wardrobes and double doors taking you off to the large terrace. Steps lead up to the second larger bedroom which has 2 single beds,and en-suite bathroom. This also has double doors leading off to the large terrace. A second larger bathroom between the 2 rooms has a large bath, shower, wc, washbasin and bidet. The layout really works for friends or families. A lovely, spacious, modern apartment this is a great holiday home. Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.
