Well decorated with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, the apartment is a 6 minute stroll down to the beach and 4 minute stroll into town.

The apartment comprises 2 spacious double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a rear-facing balcony.

The living room diner has TV, DVD and large patio doors opening on to the sunny terrace where there is a new table and chairs for outside dining and two sun loungers for sunbathing.

The kitchen has modern appliances and is equipped for self-catering.


The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with full bath and there is also a second shower room.

Ideal as a holiday home this apartment offers excellent value for a family or friends who want to be away from the town centre but just a short amble to the beach.
