Train: Sitges Parking: On street Located in the Sant Crispi area of Sitges this Atico apartment is in a lovely new block. Well decorated with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, the apartment is a 10 minute stroll down to the beach and 5 minute stroll into town. The apartment comprises 2 spacious double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a rear-facing balcony. The living room diner has TV, DVD and large patio doors opening on to the sunny terrace where there are table and chairs for outside dining and two sun loungers for sunbathing. The kitchen is has modern appliances and is equipped for self-catering. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with full bath and there is also a second shower room. Ideal as a holiday home this apartment offers excellent value for a family or friends who want to be away from the town centre but just a short amble to the beach. Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.
