Another great new addition to the Outlet 4 Spain portfolio. Newly furnished and decorated Francois provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests.

On entering the apartment you will find a double bedroom with Juliet balcony overlooking the street. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you sleep and built in wardrobes. Opposite is the bathroom with full bath, shower and WC.

The air conditioned living/dining area consists of a corner style sofa which converts into a large and very comfortable sofabed. There are sliding doors leading to a balcony with room for a couple of chairs, perfect for people watching! Dining table and chairs for 6. Large flat screen TV and I-pod dock for your entertainment.

The kitchen leads off the dining area and has all you need for self-catering.

Off the lounge you will also find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, again with full bath, shower and WC. There is a small balcony leading off this room and a ceiling fan.

At the top of the building you will find a communal laundry room and a roof terrace for hanging out washing or sun-bathing.

Please note: Prices quoted for 4 people are for 2 couples using the two double beds. If you are 4 guests but require the sofabed this should be stated when making your booking and an extra Euros 20 will be added to the total cost of your accommodation.
