Floor: 3rd Lift: No This apartment is situated in the Sant Crispi area of Sitges which is a quiet residential area but still very close to the beach and town centre. The living/dining area is lovely and light with french windows leading out on to the terrace where there is plenty of room for dining al fresco and sunbathing. The two double bedrooms at the back of the apartment both have small balconies. The main bedroom has a toilet and shower room en-suite. There is also a family bathroom with full bath. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with all you need including dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. A perfect apartment for two couples who want to be in a very well equipped and decorated apartment not too far from the beach. Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.
