General Description

Sleeps 1 to 2 Size: 80m sq + 2 terraces Floor: ground Beds: 1 double bedroom This charming apartment is a truly lovely home-from-home. Modern and well designed, freshly painted for 2009, it is just minutes from the beach and town, in a small residential complex with a communal pool. The pool terrace leads off the comfortable lounge which has TV, CD, VCR and there is a dining area which seats 4. The lounge and dining area are air-conditioned. As well as a modern and well-equipped kitchen, there is also a separate utility room, for laundry, storage etc. The large bathroom is fully tiled with a shower and three-quarter bath. The large master bedroom leads out to the larger, private terrace with sun loungers and decorative tiling. This lovely terrace is very private and can also be accessed from the kitchen. Altogether, this is a beautiful apartment, in a superb location, with pool and garden terrace with mature plants. Note there is a single zed-bed for overnight guests or a child. Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.
