This centrally located apartment is in a complex with communal swimming pool and off street parking. It consists of a spacious twin bedroom with two single(we can convert these to a double if you ask),another smaller bedroom with small double bed, lounge with doors opening out onto the balcony where there is a table and 4 chairs for outside dining.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and the bathroom has a bath with shower, WC and wash basin.

The lounge has dining table and 4 chairs, sofabed, large wall-mounted flat screen TV and DVD.

The community pool is 20 metres long and has an area for kids. There are also community gardens with benches and lawns for sunbathing.

Really handy location for beach and town and sunrise and sunset views guaranteed.

(As the apartment block is near the railway line there is some noise from the trains,but is on the 10th floor.This is reflected in the price.)
