This very well located 2 bedroom apartment offers spacious accommodation both inside and outside - the large roof terrace has great 180º views over Sitges to the sea and over the Garraf hills inland.

The double, en-suite bedroom leads off the hall. The shower room has a power shower, WC and wash basin. The fitted wardrobes offer plenty of storage space.

The lounge-dining area with classic walnut furniture has plenty of space for relaxing with french windows leading out to a balcony with table and 4 chairs. There is a new leather sofa/arm chair,and one other arm chair, dining table and 4 dining chairs.For 2011 the owner has also installed a new Hi Fi/CD and DVD equipment.

The twin room is off the lounge and has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, wash basin and washing machine. Again plenty of storage space with fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

The well-equipped kitchen has a combination oven/microwave, ceramic hob and everything necessary for self-catering.

A spiral staircase leads up from the lounge to the roof terrace with spectacular all round views of the Mediterranean and Garraf hills. A large barbecue and table and chairs are perfect for al fresco dining under the stars. There is also a utility area with sink.

Great accommodation for a family or group of friends who want a central location but without the street noise often present on summer nights in Sitges!
