General Description

Lovely duplex apartment just up from the Balmins beach. Very tastefully decorated and furnished, with a mix of modern and antique furniture.

The accommodation consists of a large living area on the ground floor with access to a balcony and front garden (space to park a car). There are two double bedrooms with four poster beds, a further double with a comfortable pull out bed and an interior single room. The house sleeps up to 7 people.

The spacious kitchen and dining area is lovely and light and has fabulous sea views and also views of the village of Sitges with the famous landmark church.

There are two bathrooms, one with a circular bath and another with walk in shower.

There is a communal pool and gardens available for your use and the Balmins beach (naturist) or San Sebastian and Marina beaches (family beaches) are all close by.

A really lovely place to spend your Sitges holiday with friends or family within easy walking distance to the centre.

Please note we do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit however if you wish to pay your balance by card 3% will be added.
