This fantastic duplex apartment is located in a great area of Sitges with fantastic views of the town and the Mediterranean from one side, and scenic hill views and the shared swimming pool on the other side. It is on the top floor of a new modern 4 story block with elevator, also suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartment is situated only 10 minutes walk from San Sebastian beach, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, 5 minutes walk to the town centre, train station and all essential amenities.

The apartment is 140 sq.mtrs. totally light and airy and very tastefully decorated throughout. It consists of 3 double bedrooms that sleep 6 people in all, plus 2 full bathrooms both with shower units, bidet, sink and toilet, plus another separate bathroom with toilet and sink.

On the first floor there is a very good size lounge with 3 sofas, T.V. Sky freeview, DVD player, stereo and wifi connection. There is a dining area with table and chairs with double doors leading out to the sun terrace large enough for sunbathing and another table and chairs, which has full sun all afternoon. The large kitchen also has a dining area with table and chairs and is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all cooking utensils. From the kitchen there is another balcony large enough sit out on.

The first bedroom has a double bed, good wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom with shower and full bath.

On the lower floor there are another two bedrooms both with double beds, wardrobes and a good size balcony leading off both bedrooms ideal for the morning sun. The second bathroom with shower is on the same floor.

This is a great place to spend your holiday, slightly quieter but perfect to relax. It is only a short walk to buzzing Sitges with its many restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops not forgetting the fantastic stretches of beaches. Something for everyone.
