General Description

Size: 60m sq Floor: 3rd floor Lift: No The two apartments (SOL and NURIA) are located in a 'listed' building constructed in 1853. The building has recently been completely renovated, the work being completed in mid 2008. The street is pedestrianised and therefore quiet and peaceful. Located between the up and coming Lavapiés district and the La Latina district with its famous weekend flea market it is close to galleries, theatres, numerous bars and restaurants and the Atocha station for day trips. The living area is spacious and enjoys two balconies which face directly onto the street. As a result there is always plenty of light. The lounge has a brown leather NATUZZI sofa-bed which is 150 cm wide, covered with comfortable beige cushions. The dining area consists of an extendable table measuring between 90 and 180 cm, with four black and white upholstered chairs. To provide the finishing touches the walls are decorated with original paintings by the American artist Amy Giacomelli, undoubtedly on of our particular favourite artists. At night, when the sofa-bed is in use, it is possible to close the shutters completely in order to prevent the light from disturbing your rest in the morning. The bedroom consists of a good quality king-size bed measuring 150cm and two matching bedside tables. The fully tiled, contemporary design bathroom consists of a shower cubicle with sliding shower-screen, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet. In the well-equipped kitchen there is ample space to cook, the cooker itself has a glass-ceramic hob, a SMEG smoke extractor, and all the utensils necessary for your stay. IMPORTANT: Prices shown are for 4 day minimum reservations - if you stay for longer the price comes down! Please enquire. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.
