General Description

Size: 60m sq Floor: 4th floor Lift: No The two apartments (SOL and NURIA) are located in a 'listed' building constructed in 1853. The building has recently been completely renovated, the work being completed in mid 2008. The street is pedestrianised and therefore quiet and peaceful. Located between the up and coming Lavapiés district and the La Latina district with its famous weekend flea market it is close to galleries, theatres, numerous bars and restaurants and the Atocha station for day trips. The open plan living and dining area is spacious yet cosy. The centre of the apartment enjoys an abundance of light from an enormous velux window and there is a balcony which looks out onto the square below. The ceiling gradually slopes down across the living area and features attractive wooden beams. The lounge area is brightly decorated and all of the furniture is of the highest quality and very attractive. The finishing touches to the décor are provided by various original paintings on the walls, the majority by the American artist Amy Giacomelli, who is undoubtedly one of our favourite artists. The dining area consists of a dining table which seats 4 people. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a glass wall and has a modern design. There is ample space to cook, the cooker has a glass-ceramic hob, a SMEG smoke extractor, and all the utensils necessary for your stay. There is also another small table which can be used a breakfast table, complete with two folding chairs. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed measuring 150 cm, fitted wardrobes. The bedroom has a window in the ceiling with a curtain that can be closed at night, he sloping ceiling also features attractive wooden beams. The fully tiled, contemporary design bathroom comprises a shower cubicle with sliding shower-screen, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet. IMPORTANT: Prices shown are for minimum 4 night reservations - if you stay for longer the price comes down! Please enquire. Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.
