The interior benefits from a rustic yet contemporary Mediterranean style that compliments Ibiza sea-views and views of Formentera Island. The apartment has one separate bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, lounge, diner with kitchenette, and a lovely balcony with views over the sea. The apartment is in the middle of Ramon Muntaner Street running parallel to the promenade along the left side of Figueretas which is very close to Ibiza Old town on the Southern side of the island. There are numerous little café bars or restaurants along the promenade that is busy at night and buzzing with life. Figueretas is a small suburb, with an international mixture of tourists and locals, a selection of cafés, bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. In the main section of the promenade from early evening until late, artists, caricaturists and artisans with little market stalls offer all sorts of trinkets & handmade items - something for everybody. Figueretas Beach is a well made central beach, divided into smaller parts and is bordered by a long, palm-fringed promenade. Because it is so near to Ibiza Old Town (a 2 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk away) and offers real local flair, Figueretas is a much loved holiday destination for people of all ages.
