General Description

The large windows allow lots of natural light into the lounge area making this a perfect suntrap. As there are many apartments here, this makes it an ideal block for both holiday makers and corporate bookings. There is also wireless internet in the whole building so perfect for those clients who wish to work a little whilst on holiday. The nearest metro is just 5 minutes walk. This will take you off to the centre of the city such as Placa de Catalunya, or in the other direction just a few stops will take you to the stunning Parc Guell, the Gaudi Park which is a fantastic vantage point to take in the whole city. Also from these apartments in around 20 minutes you can get to the famous Sagrada Familia. On your door step you have the area of Gracia, this is the part of the city which used to be a separate village so it has a different feel to the rest of Barcelona, it contains more restaurants per square capita than the rest of Barcelona. In this area you also have a original version cinema and many picturesque squares to while away those sunny days. IMPORTANT: We do not hold live availability for these apartments. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added. A security deposit of €150 or credit card details must be left on check in and will be returned after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. Due to the high charges made by credit/debit card companies, cash is the preferred method of payment at check in. There is a 2.8% charge for most credit card payments (Amex 4.2%). If you check in outside of office hours you will have to use our check in service for which there is a charge. This varies according to times and days but is generally 20 or 40 Euros.
