With 2 bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge the apartment is large enough to sleep 6 friends, who want to explore Barcelona for a few days. The lounge has African hard wood flooring and an entire wall has been stripped of its plaster to expose ancient brickwork including a stone arch leading to the bedrooms. Two floor to ceiling French doors with wooden shutters look out to a views of the street life below and towards the port on the right. A well designed kitchen is accessed immediately on the left as you enter the flat. A modern, fully fitted Ikea kitchen in pale beech wood with metal handles contains all the cooking equipment and utensils you are going to require. Electrical equipment includes a 4-ring halogen hob, oven, grill, washing machine, fridge freezer, extractor fan with light, kettle, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has been fitted with plain white ceramic wall tiles covering half of the wall with the remaining wall decorated in a warm sponge effect using oranges and yellow. There is a 3-piece bathroom suite in white comprising a 3/4 bath with shower, loo and sink above which is a vanity mirror. Furniture consists of a double bed with an archway leading in to the walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a four-door cupboard with shelving. The second room is located at the front of the building and has wooden floors, lovely yellow walls and high ceilings. A light and spacious aparment in a truly great location. NOTE: A security depsoit of Euros 200 is required which is returned at the end of your stay.
