General Description

Street: Passeig de Colom Metro: Liceu Situated on the sea front overlooking the Paseo de Colom this fabulous apartment has just been completely renovated at the end of 2009. There are very few apartments with such an amazing location and which have been refurbished so elegantly. At 125 metres sq it rivals the 5 star hotels of Barcelona for quality, size, location and price. Situated on Paseo de Colon, with views of Port Vell, the location of this apartment is ideal. Right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter all the places of interest are within easy walking distance such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Port Vell and the trendy El Borne district which is full of great cafés, bars and restaurants. From the apartment guests have a great view of Port Vell. You are also just a few blocks from the amazing gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, where one can continue on to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral. The master bedroom suite has a big king size bed which can be separated into two single beds, built-in wardrobe and a glass work desk. The spacious bathroom is as stylish and elegant in style as the rest of the apartment. The bathroom features a fantastic glass power shower, two washbasins, a bidet and WC. The second bedroom suite has a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and is located on the opposite side of the apartment to offer the guests maximum privacy. The second bathroom features a huge shower, washbasin and WC. Along the corridor, hung with huge colourful canvases, the main room comprises a state of the art kitchen and breakfast bar of solid grey stone. Very well equipped and ergonomically designed. There is a dining area with a glass table which can be extended for 8 people to dine. The main lounge has two large sofas, Sat TV, DVD and large french windows leading on to the small balcony which has amazing views over the port. The combination of an approximately 400 year old antique stone wall, high ceilings with wooden beams combined with the ultra modern look of this room gives a very warm atmosphere. Note: We do not charge a credit card fee on your deposit. However, if you wish to pay the balance with a credit card a 3% surcharge will be added.
