Who are we?

Outlet4Spain is a company dedicated to providing quality holiday accommodation in Sitges and other Spanish destinations since 2002. The head office is based in the lovely seaside town of Sitges, just south of Barcelona, and from here we take bookings for holiday apartments as well as villas, houses, hotels, guest houses and rooms in several other Spanish destinations. The business is owned by Chris and Brian who, along with Emma in the office, make sure that everything possible is done to ensure our clients have a good holiday. Chris manages the marketing of the website and apartment maintenance, Brian controls the finances and the visual side of things (photography and consulting with owners on the presentation and decoration of apartments) and Emma does the client liaison for both owners and holidaymakers.

What do we do?

Outlet4Spain acts as both a booking agent and a management company for Spanish holiday accommodation. Our main business is managing holiday apartments in Sitges and taking bookings for other types of accommodation in Sitges and around Spain. We work very closely with our owners to ensure that the standard of the apartments is very high and also travel regularly to our other destinations, such as Gran Canaria, to check standards are being maintained. If you are an owner with an apartment in Sitges we can guide you through the whole process of preparing your property for holiday rentals helping you with decorating, furnishing and stocking it with the necessary items. If you are a guest looking for accommodation we can advise and recommend either apartments or hotels in Spain , whatever suits you the best.
